Oral and Poster Presentations

Oral Presentations

Each oral contribution is scheduled for 30 min (25 min presentation followed by 5 min discussion).

Authors should bring their presentation on USB memory stick in .ppt format and pass it over to our technical staff at least in the morning of the day of their presentation.

If any author insists on presenting the contribution from his/her own computer, our technical staff will try to connect it but the result cannot be foreseen. Mac users are strongly recommended to bring their Mac VGA adapter with them.

The Scientific Committee deserves the right to reclasify any contribution, chosen by the author for oral presentation, to the poster session and vice versa. In such a case, authors would be duly informed.



Posters

The board on which you will mount your posters has dimensions of 96 cm in width and 150 cm in height. Posters will be attached to the poster boards on Monday morning, September 20, 2010.

Each poster will be assigned a poster presentation number that will be printed in the workshop program along with the title. The assigned numbers correspond to the poster board you will use for displaying your poster.

Poster session is scheduled for Monday late afternoon, September 20, 2010. Each author will have 5 to 8 min time to present his/her poster. Welcome glass of wine will be served during the poster session.
